I’ve been with the company for just over a year now and have really enjoyed my time here. I would have to say the key factors to my job satisfaction are the quality of individuals I work with in the company and the high accessibility of any employee in any department of the bank, including top level management. The willingness to reach across departmental lines for the good of the company is something I had not seen in my past job experiences and has been a great change of pace.
