| Summary Description: |

| Major Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Service Department Support
- Responsible for moving bikes into the proper locations throughout Service Dept/Warehouse.
- Provide direct “hands-on” assistance and support to the Shop Foreman to enhance the efficiency and flow of work to the Service Technicians.
- Responsible for obtaining and delivering parts and tools to the Service Technicians in a timely manner to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Service operation.
- Provide assistance and support to the Shop Foreman in the maintenance of the Service Department, to include such additional duties as cleaning and assisting in the organization of the Service Dept.
- Parts Department Support
- Support and maintain a high degree of accuracy and completeness, timeliness for all parts, and repair assistance in support of the Service Technicians, Service Writers, Shop Forman and Service Manager.
- Coordinate closely with the Parts & Accessories departmental personnel, to include serving as a Parts Runner for the Service Department as required, to ensure a smooth flow of parts availability to Service Technicians.
- Assist in the pre-staging of Repair Work and assist in checking in all internal and external customer motorcycles.
- Conduct test rides and perform deliveries and pickups as required.

| Qualifications & Job Requirements: |
- Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold and/or repaired by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Current motorcycle license.

| Physical Demands: |
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Routinely required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
- Routinely requires the ability to lift 40 lb. of material.
- Routinely requires the ability to balance and push a 700+ lb. motorcycle.

| Working Conditions: |
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
