- Handles cash and credit card transactions for Service, P&A, and General Merchandise departments in a prompt and courteous manner with all customers.

| Major Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Administration
- Ensures all charges are correct and checks addition on all service orders and receipts before accepting cash.
- Processes all paperwork and maintains organization of all logs and files.
- Receive payments for products and services rendered. Authorizes all credit card and check payments. Returns receipt and change to customer.
- Initiate & maintain all related paperwork.
- Maintain Inventory logs for parts sold.
- Maintain customer logs and service records.
- Maintain accurate warranty records. Ensure prompt receipt of warranty money due.
- Assist bookkeeper or other administrative assistants, as required.
- Customer Service
- Provides prompt and accurate service on the cash register.
- Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Handle transactions quickly, and courteously.

| Physical Demands: |
- Finger and hand dexterity is required to operate a cash register, and handle cash.
- Occasionally required to lift 40 lb. of material.

- Usually indoors, however some outdoor work is required when events are scheduled.
