| Major Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Administration
- Ensure overall maintenance of accounts, payable, accounts receivable, cash receipt, payroll and general ledger are timely and accurate.
- Ensure all taxes, licenses, insurance and other dues are intact at all times.
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, typing and other office related assistance to GM.
- Accountable for daily cash receipts, deposits to bank, posting of cash receipts and disbursements to journals, petty cash management, and daily maintenance of accounts.
- Initiate & maintain all paperwork on vehicle sales (DMV, Title, Credit/Life Apps, etc.)
- Maintain an ongoing log of payables and receivables and verify all bills are paid on time.
- Responsible for weekly payroll and quarterly reporting.
- Maintain accurate warranty records. Ensure prompt receipt of warranty money due.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail disbursement.
- Set-up and maintain an accurate easy to access filing system for all important documentation.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain clean efficient office facilities.
- Customer Service
- Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously. Record messages or forward to appropriate personnel.

| Qualifications & Job Requirements: |
- Knowledge of office accounting systems and experience with computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to type 60 words per minute.
